PowerShell 2.0 CTP now Out!

Not even one-handed typing with a gimp shoulder in a rotator cuff cast can stop me from blogging this... PowerShell 2.0 CTP is now available!

I won't get to play for weeks, sadly. So...on an unrelated note; anyone know what's the best dictation software out there? Thanks.

What is the excitement around PowerShell? I have not really seen a huge need for it... I am sure that I must be mired in day-to-day administration and can not see the forest for the trees.

    Hey Indigo,
In general, PowerShell, like many scripting languages, is used to automate tasks across a network (or even locally). It's a massive time saver if you employ it right. Do you use VBScript at all?
